To whom it concerns, Your app is currently not working correctly, and we have already ruled out this being a cache-related issue. We have tested using incognito mode as well, and the problem is still occurring. We are also trying to understand how we are still able to access the store despite having VPN blocking measures in place, while also actively using a VPN. This does not appear to be behaving as expected. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have raised this issue. Each time, we are advised that everything is working correctly on your side, but the issue seems to resolve only after it has been reviewed or investigated by your team. This makes it difficult for us to understand what is actually happening behind the scenes. This has occured several times, and we dread to think how long has this been broken for us, a month, a year? Could you please provide a more in-depth explanation of the root cause, what checks have been carried out, and why this keeps recurring? This is having a serious impact on our business. We are currently facing increasing pressure from competitors, and it is extremely frustrating to be paying for a service that is not consistently functioning as expected. We would appreciate this being escalated and a detailed response provided, rather than confirmation that it is simply “working on your end.” Thanks,

Excellent customer service. Who knew I would be selling products in 34 countries? I was getting overwhelmed by the different VAT requirements for digital products in each country. So I created an Etsy store for all the customers in the countries I could not sell to directly. Easy Country Blocker has allowed me to create a landing page with the link to my Etsy store. I needed help with it - and they graciously helped me. Then I messed it up - and they graciously fixed it for me. Great app, great customer service.

Works well. Easy to set up. Easy to make changes to as needed. No complaints. This is the second app I've used - the first one was sold to some other app owner and was very primitive and poorly managed.

I was very happy with the app, blocked all VPN and all of East Asia, until I received a message from someone in China from my Contact Us page. I've asked for support twice, the first time they were curt and dismissive, and the second time no response.

This app is not worth a nickel. Does not block a country that I paid to block I would like my money back for all the months of jacking my money from me for nothing DO NOT PAY FOR THIS

When the app stops working your site will stop working also. The app does not remove the code from your site causing nothing but issues. Big fail!

Canadian OVH Hosting Bots Simon Nox, Debbi Mowers, and Emma Rose were creating accounts using stolen emails on my website DAILY. This app is the only thing that has been able to block them by IP so I can finally get to work on REAL orders instead of weeding through the fake ones. Thank you so much! Would love a dashboard to show how many times It has blocked the IP from getting access again...
