Extremely disappointing for many reasons.. I am not wasting another second on this.

**Worst experience with Delhivery.** At the time of generating the AWB, they show you one shipping amount, but when the final invoice comes, you are charged a completely different amount—sometimes **2X or 3X higher**. Then they give excuses like incorrect dimensions, volumetric weight, reweighment, etc., without proper transparency or proof. The worst part is their **customer support**. They simply say “raise a ticket,” and getting any meaningful resolution is almost impossible. I was even told that proper support is mainly for businesses doing **700+ orders**; otherwise, just keep raising tickets. I have been charged so much in additional costs that in some cases the logistics charges almost **eat up the entire profit from the order**. For a company of this size, this kind of billing and support is extremely disappointing. **Show the correct price while generating the AWB, charge the same amount, and if there is any adjustment, provide proper proof and transparency.** Growing businesses need reliable logistics partners, not **surprise charges and useless support.** **Very disappointing experience with Delhivery.**

Extremely poor service pickups will never happen and parcels getting lost many times, i will never recommend delhivery to any seller

Shopify email notifications are not sent to customers when Delhivery marks the order fulfilled.

READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE ONBOARDING, Highly disappointing. There are multiple reason, few are: Unnecessary RTO without contacting customer, Each and every POD are wrong, No customer support (Even when you raise ticket - No use), RTO and reverse pickups doesn't reach you ( you have to wait till all your order get piled up, so it can be months). Because of these reasons (I haven't mentioned all, but major issues) customers are requesting us not to send by Delhivery. If you do 10 consignment atleast 2 will be facing any kind of issues. If there was negative 5 star review I would give that. I hope they will improve from their mistakes.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Support, Delivery Issues & Incorrect Charges Our experience with this courier company has been highly unsatisfactory. We have faced multiple cases where shipments were marked with delivery remarks that customers disputed. In one recent case, the customer confirmed that no delivery call was received and no genuine delivery attempt was made. Despite repeated requests, the courier company failed to provide any call logs, call recordings, GPS records, or other evidence supporting the delivery remarks entered into their system. Even after providing alternate contact numbers and confirming customer availability, the shipment remained undelivered. Numerous tickets and follow-ups were raised, but meaningful action was not taken. In addition to delivery-related concerns, we have also faced issues with weight discrepancies and additional weight charges that were difficult to verify. Obtaining proper clarification or resolution for such charges has been a frustrating process. The biggest concern is the lack of accountability and responsiveness. When businesses depend on accurate tracking, genuine delivery attempts, transparent billing, and timely support, such issues can result in financial losses, delayed deliveries, unnecessary RTOs, and dissatisfied customers. We expect a courier partner to provide clear evidence when delivery remarks are disputed, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain transparency in billing practices. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this courier service to businesses looking for reliable delivery operations, transparent weight management, and responsive customer support.

Tried making a account on their website multiple times, It always says the account is created but when I try to login the account does not exist. Worst ui experience. Fix it and get a option to give support to the people who dont have a account on your portal, You guys might be good in business but you are loosing customers to your weak ui and onboarding

The app is not working properly, the shipping data is not being pushed to Shopify, and we have to manually enter the details and fulfil the orders on Shopify. This is time consuming if you have to manually fulfil all orders and Shopify. I have raised multiple requests to delhivery team, but all they keep saying is uninstall and reinstall the app and it should work, but even after doing that, it is not working and there is no proper response from the Delhivery team to fix this issue, absolute trash.
