This app is amazing, completely changed how we run our business, this is my second store I use Flare for. Support is amazing, the guys have helped me with some custom items we do. Highly recommended. Decreased abandoned carts and ties in well with our gifting solution- order donuts for your friends birthday and actually select the right day!

This is a fantastic app for all kinds of situations, and comes with amazing support. I'm selling a monthly subscription product which only mails two days a month. This app enables me to allow the customers to choose their first mail date out of only the limited dates I offer each month, and change it if they need to before the first mailing date. I'm then using that information in Shopify and Klaviyo flows to handle automated emails as well as help me stay on top of when new orders mail out. I could not be doing what I'm doing with my business without this app. I tried others, and they did not have the flexibility that I needed.

Works perfectly

Flare is an absolute must if you are on Shopify and you need delivery date selection and shipping service to align. Daniel and Alex at Flare have really solved so many issues for our site/team/company. Gone are the calls, "you chose this delivery date but the service you chose will not get it there". Additionally, they not only 100% improved our delivery date/shipping service accuracy but in turn they were able to take that data and have our ship station data/orders populate with the delivery date. I would calculate that Flare and team have saved me on average 6 hours a week I would have to deal with nuance issues with shipping. Also there methodology around setting up custom shipping zones is incredible.

Flare has been great for us, solving our complex shipping rules and improving customer experience. While the backend can feel a bit overwhelming (at least for non-technically minded people like myself), the team are quick to respond and provide helpful and personalised support.
