The app doesn't work at all, and the team is not answering your questions
I had a few issues regarding pausing and skipping subscriptions but the Ego team responded within minutes and helped take care of my issue. Lulla was especially helpful, explaining the issue and guiding me to our intended solution.
The smart retry feature saved a ton of failed payments for my store, which means more revenue without any extra work from me.
Mobile experience is excellent. Most of my traffic comes from phones, and customers subscribe easily because of the smooth UI. Great job on the design!
The customer service team is highly professional, and Emily in particular provided exceptionally patient and attentive service.
