Great subscription app with excellent customer support. Derek was very patient and helpful during the setup process, and he also provided useful suggestions to improve our branding and email templates. The app is easy to use and works well for our store. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a great experience with Appstle so far. The app is easy to use, and their support team has been outstanding. Aaron spent a lot of time answering my technical questions and was transparent about what the app can and can’t do. He even discussed my feedback with his manager and offered a discount to try to help my small business. My only suggestion would be to make some of the advanced automation features, like subscription webhooks, available on a lower-priced plan for growing businesses. I think that would make an already great app even better and help many small merchants scale without needing enterprise pricing. Overall, I highly recommend Appstle, especially because of their excellent customer support.

Their support team is really responsive, and it is a great system overall. I hope they can support "minimum order value" at some point in future, for existing subscription management, as this is the one gap for us, but otherwise it is v good.

Definitely the best subscription app available! All the basic features needed plus more. Very easy to use, and support is always very fast and very thorough. The most economical subscription app available as well. I use this app on multiple sites and am extremely happy with it.

Ran into an issue where our theme didn't support Appstle's widget block, which meant Subscribe & Save wasn't actually applying the discount at checkout. Reached out to support and their team diagnosed it quickly, walked us through switching to the correct widget setup, and had it fully working within a day. Appreciated the responsiveness and that they stuck with it until it was actually resolved, not just closed the ticket.

As someone who would consider themselves a beginner with Shopify and any eCommerce website, the Appstle Subscriptions App made it easy get everything set up. When I needed help, their support team exceeded my expectations. Adam volunteered to help enhance my customer experience in a 2 ways that he just noticed and pointed out to me. Both suggestions were free and did not require any upgrade. Great experience!
