Aplikaci používáme necelý měsíc a za tu dobu jsme narazili na pár drobných nepřesností, které jsme okamžitě řešili se zákaznickou podporou. Se zákaznickou podporou máme velmi dobré zkušenosti, reaguje okamžitě a vždy se snaží najít nejlepší řešení, případně poradit, jak změnit nastavení, aby aplikace fungovala podle potřeb. Aplikaci rozhodně doporučujeme.
S appkou sme veľmi spokojní, všetko funguje tak ako má a zákaznícky servis je úplne úžasný! Odporúčame.

S Shopify začínám úplně poprvé a měl jsem velký strach z toho, jak propojím Zásilkovnu a e-shop. Bál jsem se, že to bude fakt složité... Nakonec se ale ukázalo, že nastavení je opravdu jednoduché a intuitivní a i když jsem si pak s některými věcmi nevěděl rady, tak díky skvělé technické podpoře od Digismoothie (speciální díky Tomášovi Janů) jsem to zvládl hravě. Odpovídali v podstatě okamžitě a pomohli mi vše odladit pro polský trh a zatím vše funguje, jak má. Pokud hledáte aplikaci s lidským přístupem a špičkovým servisem, tohle je ona! :)))

Zákaznické podpoře bych bez váhání dala 5 hvězdiček! :) Integrace Zásilkovny se Shopify, ale zatím není perfektní. Věřím však, že se to do budoucna zlepší.
S aplikáciou som veľmi spokojná. Na začiatku som mala jeden bug, nezobrazoval sa správny tarif, no podpora reagovala rýchlo a presne vedela, kde je problém. Okrem toho sa objavil ešte menší problém s nesprávnym exportom do Packety, ktorý bol takisto rýchlo vyriešený. Komunikácia bola jasná, vecná a veľmi nápomocná. Odvtedy všetko funguje tak, ako má. Určite odporúčam
