The standout feature for us is the branded tracking page and the automated WhatsApp and SMS notifications, which have drastically reduced our "Where is my order?" (WISMO) support tickets. The Non-Delivery Report (NDR) management is also highly effective; automating our COD confirmations and delivery re-attempts has noticeably lowered our Return to Origin (RTO) rates.

Shipway has been one of the most disappointing courier partners we have experienced. We have shipped approximately multiple orders through Shipway, and m RTO shipments are still showing as “on the way.” More than 10–12 days have passed, yet we have neither received the parcels nor received a proper response from the Shipway team. There is no accessible contact number, and the customer service has been extremely unresponsive. This has been an unacceptable customer service experience.
