Glad I moved over to Juo. I was looking for a custom check-out that facilitates direct debit for subscriptions (which is not possible with most of Shopify's integrations but an absolute must have for The Netherlands). Juo was recommended and the team quickly built the customer integration and moved all subscribers without any hassle or my customers even noticing. Their response time is quick and very solution oriented. As a webshop that is just starting they were very accommodating in finding a solution that works for both parties. Highly recommend!

Let alone they're cheaper, their on-boarding is brilliant, the migration is seamless and a better looking widget! This app and the team behind it are phenomenal. The standard pricing tier alone gives you so much more than most other similarly priced subscription apps, and the pro tier is amazing giving us so much flexibility. The team behind the app are outstanding as well. Our setup has been quite tricky because of the way our product pages are coded, but the dev team has been diligent every step of the way in customising the app to do exactly what we need it to. Great product.

I have been using Juo for two months . They took care of migrating us from Recharge which was a consistent nightmare . Very easy to use plus I love the tiered feature where you can offer an additional discount on the first shipment . It gives us endless possibilities for promotion of these products . . I have emailed support a couple of times with questions and got a very timely reply . So far my favorite app .
