Nagyon jó support és szolgáltatás!
Kiváló app. Mint minden az életben, ez sem tökéletes, de folyamatosan fejlesztik, ráadásul kivételesen kedves és gyors a support. Hiánypótló és nélkülözhetetlen a magyar wesbhopoknak, akik Shopify-t használnak.

Nagyon elégedett vagyok a kosR-ral. Nagy pozitívum, hogy magyar webshopokra van optimalizálva, így nem kell több külön alkalmazást használni és összehangolni. Szuper, hogy a szállítás, csomagpontok, utánvét és a számlázás egyetlen alkalmazáson belül kezelhető. A beállítások is könnyen érthetők, és ha kérdés vagy probléma merül fel, a support gyorsan és segítőkészen reagál. Összességében nagyon jó tapasztalat, és jó szívvel ajánlom más magyar Shopify webshopoknak is.
Zseniális all-in-one megoldás! A kosR egy szuper alkalmazás, ami kifejezetten a magyar viszonyokra van szabva. Egyetlen appban benne van több másik, így az ára nagyon kifizetődő! A beállítása egyértelmű és egyszerű volt. Az ügyfélszolgálat teljesen profi és normális (ennek örültem), értelmesen és szívesen segítettek. Ajánlom minden magyar webshoposnak!Csak így tovább a fejlesztésekkel, sok sikert kívánok a folytatáshoz!
Egy app öt helyett: csomagpont választó térképpel, utánvét, számlázás és címkenyomtatás egy felületen. A checkout letisztult lett, a rendelésfeldolgozás pedig érezhetően gyorsabb. A support gyors és tényleg segít.
When I launched my store I used a different app for handling my deliveries but the customer journey wasn't working well so I couldn't get too much conversion. I switched to kosR and this was the best decision I've made. Since then the customer journey is so smooth, customers get the whole order done in a minute. The biggest plus is the map is integrated in Checkout so the user doesn't have to navigate to a different page. It's all in one. I had some issues though with the express checkout flow so I contacted the kosR team. Zoltán and Viktor made a proper audit of my store and they made all the necessary changes, so it works like a charm. Great app, excellent service and good pricing options. Highly recommended!
