This is a great app that does it's job well, with a minimum of fuss. It was easy to integrate into our custom theme, and has been working without any major issues ever since (which is to say, for quite some time). On the odd occasion that we've needed to contact support they've been responsive and helpful.

We've used this app for about a week, and it's already started generating extra income for us. The setup is easy, and the small video library is very helpful in resolving any issues. Service levels are excellent. Kyle and the team are quick to respond to any questions not covered by the videos. The replies are well structured, easy to follow, and ultimately work! We can't see any downside to this app, and we've looked for one! Overall, a great App with excellent customer service. We would recommend it to any business that is looking for growth - who isn't!. A cost-effective, easy-to-use, proven to work and well-supported App.
"We only charge 2.99% on the offer amount which converts into a fully paid order. Any offers that don’t convert are absolutely FREE! " Not exactly the 1% advertised I have been contacted by the company about this review - I suggest you contact shopify to investigate why users are being told they will be charge 2.99% and not the advertised 1%
Awesome support experience! There was an internal technical issue with Magical Make an Offer app interfered with a key streaming app on my site. I sent out a support request hoping to get a response in days, and they magically fixed the issue in minutes! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Thank you!
Be careful with this company. I installed this app for "FREE TRIAL" then received an email from Shopify as listed below: You‘ve approved an app with a usage limit of $499.00 USD every 30 days. App name Make an Offer Charge name Magical Make An Offer - Starter Charge approval date August 19, 2025 Approved usage limit Up to $499.00 every 30 days By using Make an Offer, you have agreed to pay-per-use charges following these terms: 1% Transaction Fees on Completed Offers These pay-per-use charges will not go over a maximum amount of $499.00 per month.
Hands down the best experience I've had installing a Shopify app (and I've had quite a bit of experience.) The team at Magical Make and Offer were proactive in making sure I had everything I needed for setup, and even did some custom CSS work to ensure the app looked exactly like I wanted. The app works exactly as advertised. I really love that it's a percentage of each sale rather than a flat fee. I can't recommend enough!
