We’ve used Metorik with both WooCommerce and now Shopify, and it’s one of the most useful tools in our reporting stack. The dashboards make it much easier to understand sales trends, customer behavior, and overall business performance compared to native platform reports. This app has been essential for us to fully understand how our e-commerce site is performing. The level of detail you can look at for customer sales is really useful (sales per product type, where a customer is based, customer life time value etc.) We have several reports that automatically generate each month helping us with sales analysis, bookkeeping, and generating flows in Klaviyo. As a business owner, I use it everyday to keep myself fully informed and I highly recommend it. Plus, the customer service has always been excellent, nothing is too much trouble and the response time is fast.
