pas de suivi connect depuis plusieurs moi, personne ne repond ! personne pour annuler des etiquettes. mais le responsable de l'application m'a appelé un jour férié pour m'aider a resoudre le probleme, m'a fait une grosse remise commerciale, a contacter mondial relay pour moi et on a finalement pu resoudre le probleme en 24h apres des mois de combat. Donc merci a ce monsieur !

Très réactif et efficace! La carte pour choisir le point relais ne s'affichait plus après le paiement. J'ai contacté le support par message. J'ai eu un retour dès le lendemain avec une marche à suivre très claire pour y remédier ainsi qu'un échange très agréable. Merci beaucoup !

Je viens d'avoir une expérience parfaite avec le support, j'avais mal configuré les titres des méthodes d'expédition, en deux échanges par email sous moins de 15 mn tout était réglé. Bravo ! L'app fonctionne quand à elle parfaitement, et ce depuis 3 ans.
