I reached out because I needed several adjustments made to the Make an Offer button on my website, and I was working with a pretty tight deadline. They were incredibly responsive, helpful with every question I had, and had all of the changes completed in less than 8 hours, which was exactly what I needed. They were also so patient as I asked for different tweaks and adjustments along the way. The whole process was easy, fast, and honestly much better than I expected. I’m so happy with how everything looks now and can’t wait to see the Make an Offer feature in action and hopefully start getting some offers through my site. Highly recommend Offerly, especially for the customer service!

So far so good its a great app easy to set up after the initial difficulty setting up emails so they came from my store rather then Offerly's email and support was really helpful with this and it was sorted quickly as was with a few questions I had regarding setting up the app and support answered them immediately they even emailed me a video to show me how to change the settings within the app. Can't fault support or the app. Thank you!

It's unheard of to get the amount of customer support that Offerly provides. Their team replied quickly and productively to my questions. They hopped on a call with me to walk me through needed fixes. And now we're good to go! Couldn't be happier with the service and the price is excellent!

Easy to implement and support was quick in helping us update so offer emails come from our domain rather than theirs. It's nice that you have a lot of control on offers, being able to accept, refuse or counter. You can set auto-refuse if you like for offers that are way too low. You can also set this up to only feature on certain products rather than all if you wish.

A superior app with numerous customizable features. Does everything and more that we need. This has been simply to install. Additionally, the customer support is five star, top notch. Within hours I was on a video call and they walked me through all the features, their functions, and how to set them up, and helped me set up everything. Clear, concise, and knowledgeable. I am very impressed. So many other apps have no where near this level of personalized support or response times.
