Da quando ho attivato OpenFiskal per il mio pet shop specializzato ho eliminato il registratore telematico fisico: niente più manutenzione, niente più carta rotoli da comprare, niente più blocchi per problemi tecnici del dispositivo. La configurazione è stata rapida, senza le complicazioni che temevo passando da un sistema fiscale tradizionale al cloud. In precedenza avevo usato un'altra soluzione che leggeva gli ordini Shopify ma richiedeva un click manuale per ogni ordine per generare il documento commerciale — con OpenFiskal questo passaggio è sparito, ed è la differenza che si sente di più nella gestione quotidiana. Quando ho bisogno di supporto, l'assistenza risponde in tempi rapidi e e con risposte chiare. Un'altra funzionalità molto utile è il resoconto delle chiusure con il quale è facile gestire anche i corrispettivi! Per chi gestisce un negozio in autonomia come me, è la differenza tra perdere tempo dietro alla burocrazia fiscale e concentrarsi sui clienti. Consigliata.
Haben Openfiskal seit Monaten im Einsatz und all die Verbindungsprobleme die jede native Shopifyapp hatte sind weg. Das System läuft sehr zuverlässig und macht genau eins - uns das Leben einfach. Hatte bisher 2 kleine Supportanfragen (weil selbst mit zweitem Standort was getestet) und Ferry hat jedes mal super schnell reagiert und geholfen. Wirklich top!

Wir haben OpenFiskal für unseren Pop-up-Store in Deutschland genutzt und dank dieser App war der gesamte Prozess einfach und intuitiv. Der Support ist wirklich hilfreich und professionell. Wir werden die App definitiv auch beim nächsten Pop-up-Store wieder verwenden.
