Since we started using this app, our COD cancellation rate has dropped significantly. Customers are much more serious about completing their purchases with the Partial COD option. The support team has also been incredibly responsive whenever we've needed assistance.
Excellent app! It works exactly as expected and made it very easy to collect a 30% advance payment while offering Cash on Delivery. The setup was straightforward, the checkout experience is smooth, and the support team is responsive. Highly recommended for Shopify stores that need partial payments with COD.
