Good support. Good plugin
Within minutes, they had our site live and running, giving us the ability to honor our brother, bring our community together, and start collecting donations during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Their speed, care, and professionalism made all the difference when we needed it most.
I ran across a few tasks I could not quite get to work the way I wanted. I contacted support and they had it all fixed and working from end of day business when I send in my request to mid day the next day. They worked "live" with me until all my concerns were met and my Pay What You Want Donation page is working GREAT. Thank you to the team.
Honestly, one of the best support experiences I’ve had. They replied fast, understood the issue right away, and actually tried to help instead of sending copy-paste answers. I was stressed because my customers couldn’t complete their purchases, but the support team stayed patient and kept working on it. Really appreciate the time and effort they put into fixing everything. Thank you again for the help!
The plugin is great, but the real value is the support team. Fast, knowledgeable, and effective responses. Knowing there's a team always there when you need them makes all the difference for a store owner. Highly recommended.
Some of the most responsive customer service I've ever experienced. They solved the issue that was solvable immediately and provided an explanation for the issue we had that was a Shopify limitation (not an app limitation). I highly recommend. NOTE: If you use an app for event booking such as CoAttend, you may run in to compatibility issues due to Shopify limitations. Use the free trial period to test it out. Their people were so responsive I had all the answers and help needed in 1 day.
The app does exactly what we need it to do. The support is also brilliant, prompt replies via WhatsApp to help with an issue that we ran in to, which was more to do with our theme rather than the app.
This app doesn't work with digital products and even the app the recommend after installation doesn't actually work. Useless if you want to send automatic digital files with the pay what you want idea.
