The app allows you to create a new quote from the app dashboard and send the invoice email to your customer for checkout. Also, your customer can request a quote from your storefront. When customers request a quote, a draft quote is created instantly and available on the app dashboard. Your sales rep can modify the requested quote with the shipping charge, Tax, discounted item price, etc, and send the final checkout link to your customer. Customer support is top-notch. I had a specific request for a custom field, and the developer not only listened but implemented a solution that worked for my use case within some hours. Rare to find this level of dedication.

Setting up different rules for different products was incredibly easy. I can hide prices for wholesale items while keeping regular retail items available for immediate purchase. This flexibility is exactly what I needed.

App has been offline for 5 days and no response from the team when we send a support message!

The support staff disappeared and left the screen with empty submission. I asked for the custom function so that it will take product options generated by other app. It was working at first, and about a year ago, nothing worked and company support link broken. I will move onto asking for a refund. Do not buy this app.

I researched all of the quote capability apps on Shopify and this one fit our needs the best. It is the MOST customizable overall especially for the emails that send to customers. You can customize so much of the copy and language to make it your own. There's also a new feature where you can turn on an automatic quote for abandoned carts that I plan on using soon. Great feature. I had a few issues with the app but the dev team was super responsive after I submitted tickets. If you submit a few tickets they will definitely help you out very quickly. Very fast fixes from the dev team. Note: we are a B2B company and this app as worked excellent for B2B quotes.

App does what we want it to do, but more importantly support has been phenomenal. They even have a bar graph showing what new features they are working on and how far along they are. Would very much recommend.

App has not been working for a couple of weeks. It's not loading, thus I cannot see our data/customers/quote requests, and customers cannot submit a quote request. Of course I have contacted the support via e-mail and via contact form (two weeks ago!) and - NOTHING! No reaction at all. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen!
