Tolle App und fantastischer Kundenservice! Oliver vom Support war extrem hilfsbereit und schnell. Er hat den Widerrufsbutton genau nach meinen Wünschen unten im Footer eingebaut, sodass er farblich perfekt zum Design meines Shops passt. Man muss sich um nichts kümmern, der Support übernimmt die Arbeit. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Sehr empfehlenswerte App mit starkem Support! Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Retractly. Die App ist übersichtlich aufgebaut, einfach zu bedienen und erfüllt genau den Zweck, den ich gesucht habe: einen sauberen Widerrufs-Button für meinen Shopify-Shop. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support durch Oliver. Bei meinem Shopify-Theme hat die Implementierung anfangs nicht ganz reibungslos funktioniert, aber Oliver hat sich sogar am Samstagabend darum gekümmert und mir direkt bei der Einrichtung geholfen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, dass hier wirklich Wert auf guten Service gelegt wird. Die App wirkt durchdacht, ist unkompliziert eingerichtet und macht genau das, was sie soll. Für Shopify-Shops, die eine einfache und saubere Lösung für den Widerrufs-Button suchen, kann ich Retractly klar empfehlen.
