The support team is very responsive and provides quick assistance — really appreciate their prompt help! need more Product-level control for “Request Quote” button. WhatsApp integration for quick inquiries. Customizable quote form (add/remove fields). need more improvement in Lead management dashboard or export option. Option to auto-reply with estimated price range. give option for Better design customization for buttons and forms. Option to adjust the button’s size and position on product pages.

This app's developer pressures customers to leave positive reviews. I'll explain - In my experience, the app breaks every few weeks, making my site inoperable. When I reach out to support, the problem gets fixed within a few days - but I'm loosing out on inquiries and potential business every time it goes down. I eventually left a 2 star review, and was harassed over and over to change my review. I said I'd make a positive review if the app had no problems for 3 months, but the app didn't last even 3 weeks without breaking. Once the developer realized I wouldn't be changing my review, they began refusing to fix any issues that arose. Copy and pasting (literally - no edits) my last interaction with the developer to show how negligent customer support is: me: "the Inquiry part of our site is not working once again. Can you please fix this as it affects our business everyday it is down." their response: "As we said on 21st Aug, the store theme doesn't honor the app. We mean it's not fully compatible with the app. It was running before, so not sure why it's not working all of a sudden. So please don't expect to honor. Hope you understand. PS: You can uninstall the app if you want." By the way, the two highlights listed for this app in the Shopify app store are "Use directly with Shopify admin" and "Works with the latest themes." Don't sell an app on the Shopify app store, and flaunt that it works with Shopify, and then tell your customers that the app doesn't work with Shopify when it breaks. Terrible app, terrible customer service. I'm unsubscribing from this scam today. Don't believe the positive reviews.

The support is fantastic. I wanted to hide my prices in order to reassess my business model. I had a few glitches with the prices flashing up very briefly,when the Enquire button was pressed but the support team have worked to resolve the issue. Thanks so much!

The application is easy to install and customize. It works correctly and clearly. There are two options where to receive requests - email or phone, which is very convenient!
