Riskified is a must use for any shop. Great service but more importantly they cut our chargebacks exponentially. Much easier than hiring a full time fraud department. Nice work guys, definitely a service worth having among a sea of under performing apps.

They will deny your claims, they don't cover anything they say they do. They try there best to avoid covering your chargeback. Avoid this app.. most these reviews are left by there friends. Twice now I have had a chargeback, provided the shipping information showing the customer received the product, the customer filed the chargeback sayign they didn't receive anything... even with tracking proof the customer received the product, riskified denied the claim. This is a horrible company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COST, youre just throwing your money away, by using them. Everyone you deal with is from another country, they are a scam!

So far I have had no problems with this application. When an order is placed I can see if it is suspicious immediately. I would recommend to others.

Brilliant app! I don't need them every day, not even every week, but when I get a transaction that is flagged as suspect for one reason or another, I can hand it over to Riskified and let them take all the worry. I can't lose! If they won't take on the risk, then I don't have to pay them and simply refund the customer. No Risk there. Otherwise I pay them a teeny percentage of the order value and they take all the risk. No risk for me there either. This is what's known as a Win-Win. As a small business with small International turnover for large price items, just one or two fraudulent orders would kill me, but now I don't worry. And there really is no one else out there that can help us in this way. Trying to get an honest assessment of the risk in any transaction is virtually impossible, and yet here come Riskified and they manage it over and over. I highly recommend. Ask me if you have any questions about what I've said, these guys changed everything for me.

This app is a must for all serious web stores. It provides a great deal of piece of mind when processing orders that have been approved by Riskified, removing the risk associated with selling online. Lately the only issue we have faced is the new policy of Riskified that requires orders taken over phone and entered into Shopify draft orders to be double verified by sending the customer an email from Riskified. The customers are required to find the email, click on a button that opens up the browser and then click on another button to confirm the order. These extra steps are tedious and sometimes hard to explain to our customers why they must go through all these steps before their order can be processed. It is very inconvenient for our customers. This is especially inconvenient to repeat customers. If Riskified can come up with a easier solution to this or go back to how draft orders were being processed before than I would surely give them 5 stars

If you're a business going online, Riskified is a MUST-HAVE Asset. We started solo without Riskified and had chargebacks that bit deep into our margins. Considering Shopify in general does not support Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode, we could never win the chargeback case with our merchant provider. Thanks to Riskified, we no longer have to worry. They do a great job evaluating the transaction and if there is a Chargeback they get the funds back to you as promised. No Gimmicks, support is solid and this company is the best company I have ever dealt with in so many years. A HUGE sigh of relief for us. We can now focus on making money rather than risk losing it to fraudsters on the Internet. Pay the extra few percentages...in the long run it saves you stress and dreaded chargebacks. Great job guys! We would have a hard time doing business without Riskified. They have been exceptional both in what they do preventing fraud and their customer service in responding and resolving any issues. We recently had an order with a phone number, billing AND shipping address that all matched the credit card used, but a false email address, and Riskified caught it. They have caught a number of fraudulent orders that would have otherwise cost us quite a bit of money. Their service is very affected and I can certainly recommend them to anyone running an online store. I would say they are an essential partner for your online shop.

Riskified is just what the doctor ordered for our store. We ship across USA and fraud is a very real danger for us. Our product lends itself to gifting so typically we get a high number of orders which are ordered using a different address and ships to another address. With riskified's help we are able to ship our orders without hesitation. When there have been claims, they have been quick to refund us entire costs. I recommend Riskified to anyone concerned about not getting paid by customers.
