Es una pena haber cambiado de opinión. Es cierto que la aplicación funciona bien y el servicio de implantación es perfecto. Donde aparecen los problemas es cuando por las características del producto nos damos cuenta que no funciona la aplicación. Toda la ayuda, se convierte en silencio y no te apoyan en nada. El problema, en mi caso, es que no se adapta el método de suscripción a mi producto y los clientes no quedan satisfechos con ello. Y el servicio que es muy bueno en la implantación, desaparece y se olvida de ayudarte para volver hacia atrás. La palabra es decepción. Si te funciona con tu producto, te van ayudar y el trato es exquisito.
