The app was great for several years until we switched to a 2.0 theme and ShopKeeper provided no support/guidance on how to integrate app into our new theme.

We can't say enough great things about this app & the customer service team behind it (looking at you, Pete!). From start to finish, the process has been smooth with great communication & clear answers to our questions. We were up and running with multiple, branded designs within 48 hours. Clean, well thought out and easy to use - This app is near perfect!
We used this app + the scheduler to create a custom gift card flow that allowed us to include a To/From/Message field with the card and choose to send the card to the recipient later. It was easy to set up, I hit a couple snags but the ShopKeeper team was responsive on email and helped me get it set up and working. Love that we can use our own custom design.
There are a lot of different options for gift cards and scheduling, but what really sets this app apart is the support and customer service. Pete and the team are absolutely wonderful. Extremely responsive and willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with our integration and made sure that everything worked seamlessly - even when our customized theme threw up a few roadblocks!
