We have been trying to reach out to them; however, no one has replied to our emails. We are just wondering if the company is still active, as it is also not possible to book a “Schedule a Call” appointment through their website.

No support response, no one to book, no one to email, tried changing plan and it didn't work

We've been unable to reach anyone at Smartive about set-up. We've tried emailing contact@smartive.io and using the chat but have struggled to get any assistance. 5-Star reviews seem fake.

Smart-Shipping-Rates has been a huge help for our store. The setup was straightforward, and the app handles even the more complex shipping scenarios without any issues. I really like how flexible the rate rules are — it lets us create shipping options that match our actual operations instead of being stuck with Shopify’s limitations. The calculated rates are accurate, fast, and show up cleanly at checkout, which gives customers a smoother experience. Support is also responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. I am new to e-commerce and needed a shipping app that could handle multiple flat rates for freight as well as multiple rates per order. The ShipEZ app does all of this. You can get by with the starter plan for multiple rates though to have multiple rates per order, that requires the next plan up. I was having trouble understanding how to load the rates as I am very inexperienced and contacted the app company in chat. To my surprise I got a real person, and I think it’s the owner. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and literally loaded 96 rates for me! And it’s all working great. You don’t see service like this much and it makes a big difference for someone like me. I can’t thank ShipEZ enough and wholeheartedly recommend them as your shipping app of choice. Thanks again ShipEZ. Your efforts matter.

This app is amazing. It's easy to set up, allows text translations, and even supports different currencies. But my favorite feature is the support! They reply really fast and have been very helpful. Definitely a 10-star app that has made our life so much easier

Highly recommend this app! The set up and integration was very easy. We have numerous shipping profiles based on various conditions including cart, customer, product and delivery zones and with ShipEZ we have finally found an app we can use that addresses all of the conditions we need. We also have a subscription app active on our store and whilst it wasn't clear at the start if this app was compatible, it has integrated seamlessly with our subscriptions app. We did have one small issue with a new shipping profile we introduced but the responsiveness and support was second to none and the issue was resolved quickly.
