The app works as advertised - it is simple to use and effective with customisation options available. The real benefit was in the setup. We had a complicated process that involved pricing with, without and exempt of GST that required additional programming, plus other apps that impacted pricing display. Adam and Piyuk were fantastic in spending a lot of time back and forth dealing with all of these things to get the best outcome for our site. I highly recommend them!!
Great app with fast and effective support.
A very useful app which does a great job of letting customers view prices in their preferred format while also preventing any confusion regarding tax for our international customers too. Adam and Piyuk were incredible in helping us set it up and even added some custom code to get it exactly how we wanted it. An absolutely amazing company to work with and I highly recommend them!
It performs exactly as described, making tax calculations accurate and efficient. The setup process was straightforward, and the app works reliably without any issues. Excellent customer service, the support team is quick to respond, professional and addressed all our specific needs. Overall, a fantastic experience with both the app and the support team!
Excellent customer service, Adam reached out straight away and got the app working on a backup theme. Really nice app that is really easy for website visitors to use. Appears on product listing page, product page, shopping cart page / drawer seamlessly.
Been using another V.A.T app for a long time. It was okay but did not solve many issues we had. Once installed I emailed explaining what we needed and to my complete surprise the very next day they solved all my issues. Not just that they solved an issue with a custom options app that now can be show both exc and inclusive VAT prices by a click. If your UK based and hate the shopify way of treating Taxes you need this.
Adam and his team have been nothing but helpful since we started using their app. Even when we've caused coding issues with it ourselves, they have been quick and effective at getting the problems resolved. Couldn't be happier with their service!
