Support is amazing, really fast and knowledge. Only downside is the lack of a chatbot for pulling data requests
i have a discrepancy on the data, but after 10 days, there's no effort of giving me any clarity!
easy setup, good service, and accurate data. what else do you need!? helping me figure out what is actually doing what across my ad spend. great to have a few different sources of truth in this world and ThoughtMetric is becoming a trusted tool to sift through the chaos.
Really great app! it has all the data you need in order to manage multi channel marketing spend, and effort. We can see the attribution when orders come in instantly, and there are PLENTY of export options for a lot of slice and dice data structure. And big bonus: support is great!
ThoughtMetric is a world class attribution solution for Shopify operators. My experience with onboarding was seamless and the Founder himself responded very quickly to my questions and support requests. Their model for attribution is highly accurate but simple enough to derive insights about where to invest marketing dollars. I can't recommend ThoughtMetric enough!
