Good app! I've used multiple translation apps before and this one honestly not only user friendly but their customer service is awesome, they helped me step by step, very patient & fixed my problem right away!

Be very careful before using this app for free or paid plan (No Matter what) I upgraded my plan because I urgently needed more translation capacity. After paying, I found out that the new plan's credits would not be available until the next billing cycle. This was not clearly communicated before the purchase. Support did not provide a practical solution. They simply told me to buy even more credits or wait until next month, even though I had already paid for a new subscription. This is a very poor customer experience. I use Hextom across multiple Shopify stores, and unless this issue is resolved, I will be moving to another translation app. I cannot recommend this app based on my experience.

I’m very satisfied with both the functionality and the user interface of this app. What stands out the most is the support team’s quick response and efficient problem-solving. They addressed my issues promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable solution and excellent customer support.

Absolutly don't take this app !!! I do translate (with IA) the website, everything where good, until they (WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION) rolled back completly the URL translation. Our website is currently under 404 for all our market, and they absolutly don't care. We are currently taking legal action.
