Warning to all users considering using Trexity. Apparently, their "Business Code of Conduct" is to abandon a parcel outside of an apartment building, and consider that delivered. Missing an intercom number? No need to contact the shipper, just leave it on a busy urban street side to be stolen. Insurance to replace said stolen package? Nah, it's your fault for trusting Trexity to safely deliver it in the first place. This is the 2nd incident I've had with Trexity. Prior issue was their API offering a delivery address that was out of their range of delivery, then blaming our company for allowing the customer to use THEIR APP to choose Trexity as a shipping option at checkout. Edit: Please show me a policy on your website where it specifically states that if a parcel is undeliverable, it will be left outside of an apartment building in a busy urban area. I'm sure the rest of your clients would love to see that.
Having Trexity as our primary local deliveries method is really a huge value add for our company. During busy periods they were able to deliver 50-80 orders a day, all while maintaining quality and control. I would STRONGLY recommend them to any small business owner looking to streamline and add efficiency to their delivery operations.
Excellent local delivery option for small businesses. Since first trying them a year ago, Trexity has blown me away with the improvements to the experience, and now has a very compelling product. The updated flat-rate monetization model provides for very low costs to your business (roughly $7-10 to anywhere in the city for us). In our case this allows us to offer same and next-day local delivery service for free with a relatively modest order value requirement. When a customer receives notice that their delivery has been picked up, they are sent a simple email with a button to track, and a button to tip. The tips options are given as 3 flat amount buttons, rather than complicated percentages or fees. I like this as customers will tip nearly 100% of the time, and it means the baseline tip to the drivers is reasonable even for quite small delivery orders. As others have mentioned, service and communication are now among the best I've experienced from any partner. Issues are resolved quickly and efficiently by simply calling the support line which is answered within a few rings by a dedicated support staff. There are still a few quirks and places to improve, specifically on the Shopify integration and route-optimization sides of things, but on the whole I absolutely recommend any local shops within Trexity's service area interested in trying out local delivery give them a shot.
Overflow Brewing Company has worked closely with Trexity for the last three years and has enabled a blossoming same-day delivery service. Trexity’s integration with Shopify is as user-friendly as it gets, orders turn to delivery routes with ONE click!! Route management is effortlessly teachable to employees of all ages of technical ability. The support chat is swift to help with all issues and questions. From the ability to bundle and track deliveries to order safety measures, Trexity checks all the boxes. We are incredibly thankful for the service we receive and cannot recommend them enough!
I would give Trexity about a 4.5 out of 5 as there is some room to improve in terms of driver pickup and delivery time after pickup. Trexity is very useful for small businesses (especially if you are very small/mom n pop shop that's looking to get help with local delivery). You can integrate it into your shipping options. There are some minor kinks here and there, but it's mostly very very smooth and easy to use. We have recommended Trexity to multiple friends who own their own shops or small at home businesses.
Trexity is a tech company first and it shows. Seamless integration with Shopify and Zapiet make the app super easy to use and there is little miscommunication between our e-commerce team and in-store team when it comes to fulfilling orders for delivery. The merchant portal is intuitive and creating a delivery is as easy as 123. They have helped us a ton in increasing sales and reaching customers we wouldn't have been able to reach before. Thanks to the whole Trexity team!
We love how easy it is for shopify to send order info to Trexity, and then for us to send deliveries out with them. The integration works seamlessly. We find the drivers are prompt in accepting and then arriving for the pickups. Love the UBER-style notifications and map to follow the order on delivery! Lastly, Trexity has phenomenal customer service, they've always been there to help when something doesn't go right. They always make it right.
We've had great success with Trexity as our delivery service. It has been reliable, shopify integration has been easy, and their support team is incredibly prompt and on the ball. Seriously, if you ever have ANY issues (and of course they'll come up once in a while), just open your chat with them. They'll sort you out so fast. Been very happy! Will recommend to anyone but our competitors (I don't want them to have this great service).
