Bad Experience. Installed twice, the first time they charged me after the trial period eventhought I unninstalled the app the first day of this period. And when I reinstalled the app my variants were all outdated and there was no way to refresh the sync without contacting support. If you need something to make your life easier, this is not it. Also, it doesn't track VAT collection which is useless for EU businesses.

This app is a must need to see how much you're actually making in profit and saves you a lot of time to always have to calculate it yourself. Durra over there on the support team is doing great at making sure we aren't running around like a chicken to make sure our profits are right

Great app for tracking true profit and understanding real margins much more accurately than Shopify alone. It’s helped me make better business decisions and identify actual costs clearly. Support has also been excellent — Durra was very helpful, fast to respond, and went above and beyond assisting with custom COGS and bundle profit calculations. Highly recommend.

Finally clarity on how profitable our 7 country, four currency 10k monthly customers in 6 different shipping zones with 8 different payment providers with different fee rates, business truly is :D No more manual spreadsheet handling, that alone is worth the price.

***Update6.19.2026*** The devs have gone ahead and fixed the PayPal issue described below and are working through some of the other issues... I appreciate that they take their negative reviews seriously. At the same time, from a customer standpoint, I shouldn't have to be the Guinea pig for their system errors. It was only after I left a 1 star review that they started addressing all of the concerns and patching. Please do a better job of taking your users technical issues more seriously before they get upset and leave you a bad review. Ultimately, I only did that because I had wasted dozens of hours manually trying to reconcile everything. I am extremely disappointed, especially recently. There are several bugs on this app. For example, in the Orders Report, the transaction fees from any PayPal transactions is artificially inflated. They are applying a third-party transaction fee to every PP order, even if you have Shopify Payments enabled. From Shopify directly: "If Shopify Payments is enabled on your store then no third-party transaction fee applies". I pointed this out to their support and they admitted that its a known issue and said it may be fixed by June. They don't tell their users about these bugs, and you just have to figure it out for yourself when your numbers are all off. There is an even larger bug on the profit and loss report side. Any time you have a substitution order where a customer orders (SKU: A), and then post-purchase, but before fulfillment, they request a substitution for (SKU: B), the system records that as part of 'Returns and Refunds' expense, even though the dollar amount was never captured in the first place (since our payment settings are configured to capture payment after fulfillment). I have news for you True Profit, a lot of professional Shopify sellers configure their settings this way for this very reason. Many customers need to substitute products post-purchase for tons of reasons. These are just a couple of issues, there are more too. I thought the whole point of this app was to make it easy to track your financials. Now I am stuck downloading the data into spreadsheets and reconciling everything myself costing me hours of time. ***Update: The support team tells me to adjust my PayPal settings to be 1.49% + $0.49 transaction fee to compensate for their app artificially adding a 2% fee that does not exist. I did that and it did not change any previous orders, just forward looking I assume. They have you do these workarounds and they still don't work right. Also, there are times when you update COGS on the orders report and it does not translate to any changes on that month's profit and loss. The data is either lagging or not updating. And that is even after doing a manual refresh on the P&L. This app has way too many bugs. I think you will be better off with Zapier and Google sheets.

Really good app, only used it for 1-2 days but it seems very accurate and the customer support is amazing. They were very patient, walked me through everything and showed me how to implement things in order to get accurate COGs and shipping fees. It does seem a little bit confusing at first but it gets easy with time and customer support can guide and help you. Highly recommend. Vani was the customer service rep who helped me and he is top class. Informative and patient guy to say I made many stupid errors haha

This app does what i was looking for - pulls COGS from Shopify, Shipping cost PER ORDER from ShipBob, and then all your typical ad spend channels into one place to tell you what your unit economics on a per order basis - EXACTLY - are. Pick, Pack, Ship, COGS, SHopify transaction costs, etc. You cannot run your business without know this. Its the most important thing. Durra helped me with some setup issues and I am all good. If you are running a Shopify store and you think you know your numbers, you need to something like this to know exactly what's going on.
