I’ve had a great experience with TrueProfit, especially when it comes to tracking profit and keeping my costs accurate. The shipping cost tracking is very helpful for getting a more accurate view of my actual profit. I recently had a question about the shipping cost for one of my orders, and Vani from the support team was very helpful. She clearly explained how the product variant and quantity affect the shipping cost and guided me on how to set the shipping cost correctly for each variant. The support has been responsive, clear, and professional. Thanks to Vani and the TrueProfit team for the great assistance!
