Funktioniert nicht, Support kann das Problem nicht lösen, die Übermittlung an das Finanzamt klappt nicht. Wir hatten nur Probleme deswegen und unserer Steuerberater musste alles sehr aufwendig und kostenintensiv klären. Die Probleme für Unternehmen werden sehr Problematisch! Bezahlen musste wir trotzdem! Unverschämtheit.Wir können nur jedem von TSE (KassenSichV) abraten.
Der Z-Bon ist überhaupt nicht TSE-Konform es fehlen die Umsatzsteuer und die fortlaufende Kassenbuch Nummer auf dem Tagesabschluss
We do not actually want this app, but it is "mandatory" we have to pay 9 euro a month so we comply with some German laws. Cool.
Die App ist NICHT TSE-Konform und auch noch NICHT voll zertifiziert! Das Fenster öffnet sich allerdings erst nach dem Kauf. Absolute Frechheit! Shopify POS ist somit zur Zeit illegal in Deutschland und nicht nutzbar!
Leider bisher eine Katastrophe! Die Exports kommen nicht bei uns an und der Support findet auch keine Lösung!
TSE Berichte können nicht verschickt werden. Steuernummer wird immer als Fehlerhafte Nr angezeigt und somit können die Berichte nicht verschickt werden. Support kennt sich leider nicht aus und schickt nur vorgedruckte Hilfen. Vllt kann jmd helfen mit dem selben Thema?
Die App funktioniert seit Wochen nicht mehr, trotz mehrfacher Installation/Deinstallation. Der Shopify Support ist leider überhaupt nicht hilfreich und verweist auf einen externen Entwickler.
Einfach eine Katastrophe diese App. Die Z-Berichte können nicht digital per PDF an die Buchhaltung/Steuerberater gesendet werden, teilweise wird die TSE aufgrund "technischer Probleme" nicht gedruckt und auch sonst ist es eine Unverschämtheit, dafür Geld zu verlangen.
