We use this app plus the FedEx Small Package and one of the LTL apps. They have all helped to provide a great checkout experience for our customers. They have enabled us to provide accurate shipping calculations. Any issues we've had, the Eniture team has been very responsive and helpful to resolve them. I recommend their apps.
This is the second Shopify store I have used Eniture's UPS Small Package Quotes app on, the experience has been great. It is very easy to configure and has many advanced features. I definitely recommend it if you have anything but a simple product catalog for shipping small packages. It also has much more flexibility than using Shopify's native shipping features.
Support has been outstanding in every respect. I have been working with Paul to help explain some quirks of our customers/products and am having some custom code written at reasonable cost which will make this app truly outstanding for our logistics model of shipping from multiple warehouses. Thoroughly recommended - will get you more orders - save your staff substantial time and may even make shipping an income stream! I don't get around to leaving reviews often but this team deserves it.
