As soon as you need customer service, they disappear List a certain price on their price list, and after the trial period they increase the price by 2 or 3 times. They will tell you to pay and that they will take care of the problem and after you pay they just disappear. I have never encountered such poor service. I do not recommend to anyone!

Paying customer, 1+ week unresolved billing issue causing a dunning block — bank confirms no problem on my end, tried 3 cards, all failed on Wati's gateway. Support won't lift the block despite repeated escalation. Now the mobile app itself has stopped working, completely halting my business on WhatsApp. Very disappointing for a paid plan with this much impact on operations.

You cant do campaign message in Growth plan and customer service keep saying that it is due to the change in policy. After a yearly subscription i have come back to the monthly and have to find the alternate if there is no support or call form WATI team as usual. I am simply looking for refund instead of more suffer.

Never recommend with them, worst support, Almost taking charges around lack still hidden charges. Trial Period for just 7 days, rather to use Kwik at least have better support, faster resolution.

Some features of the app works but help is non existent they dont respond and when they do it is to ask for generic pics at 2am in the morning when no one is up and then it goes on. Ive been waiting days with no help. Extremley poor service and support. If i could give 0 stars i would
