The E-goi SMS Orders Alert/Notifications is an essential Add-on for WooCommerce stores, designed to boost conversions and enhance customer communication.

NOTE: This plugin integrates with the main E-goi – Smart Marketing SMS and Newsletters Forms Plugin and provides critical SMS automation for e-commerce:

  • Send personalized SMS notifications to the Customer and/or Administrator upon any order status change.
  • Reduce abandoned orders with automatic SMS and/or Email payment reminders for Multibanco and PagSeguro.
  • Offer shipping tracking and product price change alerts via SMS.

Key Features (Based on Add-on):

  • Transactional Alerts: Send SMS alerts by order status (Customer and/or Administrator).
  • Sales Recovery: Abandoned Cart Alert via SMS.
  • Payments: Send SMS with payment details and reminders for Multibanco and PagSeguro.
  • Logistics: Shipping Tracking via SMS (Tracking URL).
