This app is worth every penny, and has truly changed my workflow as an in-house bookkeeper. I used to spend HOURS manually making journal entries into Quickbooks, but with both the COGs and Shopify payouts features, I post to QB, go to QB, match, and bam you're done. It takes some time for initial set up, to map each account into your Quickbooks correctly, and I definitely had to figure out a few odd things, but once you get it working, it's 10000% worth your time.

A2X has an amazing support team. Dolores was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. She provided clear guidance, investigated the discrepancies thoroughly, and quickly identified and imported the missing payouts, which resolved the variances. I also appreciated the step-by-step instructions she shared for accessing the Shopify Finance Summary reports. Her updates were clear throughout the process, and she explained the timing differences in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you, Dolores, for making the resolution so smooth and efficient!

Simply l love a2x and their support team. Any time I have an issue it is dealt with promptly and with a digital smile. To boot the a2x software is a breeze to use with Shopify and has saved us many hours of reconciliation software with our Old Neto site ---> Xero. The only thing that annoys me I didnt find this 13 years ago when we started the online journey

I've been a user of A2X for about a year now and previously just used the Shopify to Xero integration. I recently decided to make the upgrade to also have the PayPal to Xero integration set up, to cut down on manual end of month reconciliation across multiple currencies with the FX variances between PP & Shopify being a bit painful. I had my complimentary 1 hour onboarding meeting with Nicole from A2X and the experience was 11/10. Super friendly, helpful and patient (actually put in the time to teach and help me understand instead of rushing through things, whilst still making the most of the time), achieved all the set up I needed and I've just been finalising the implementation and so far I'm very impressed. All her explanations were incredibly clear and instead of an awkward onboarding meeting it felt like chatting with an old friend (not your average onboarding experience). The software is also very dynamic to adapt to new scenarios and truly does make it so much easier on the end user. Thanks so much Nicole - I really appreciate it.

WOW. I am so glad I found A2X. The integration between Shopify and Quickbooks was super easy and straight forward. Their support team is incredible too. They are super responsive and will jump a call to walk me through my questions/concerns. 10/10 recommend if you have a Shopify store. The Quickbooks Shopify Connector app is AWFUL, lol.
