I like that it does not feel overcomplicated. We can merge orders manually when we want to check everything ourselves, and use suggestions when we want to move faster

Mergify is one of those small tools that just makes daily work easier. It catches a problem we used to handle manually, and now our team spends less time checking orders one by one.

Mergify has honestly helped us more than I expected. We get customers who place another order right after the first one, and before this app we would sometimes ship them separately without noticing. Now it is much easier to catch and combine them.

Works great for us! Make sure to enable the feature in Mergify → More Settings → Miscellaneous - that can allow it to see orders older than 60 days. Their support chat helped me with this and is very quick at responding! We use this app to merge orders from large pre-order collections. The only snag is international orders, which you may have to merge manually.
