I've been using the app for a month or so now and haven't even used a lot of the features yet. As I've been getting everything set up in the app and within the backend of Shopify, the team at BTN has been so helpful and encouraging. Cyrus is incredibly friendly, explains things well, and has great leading ideas/plans to implement that will assist with everything the company I work for needs! It's clear the values they hold for their team are strong and they value connecting with their clients. The app itself has so much information in it, and for a brand who doesn't necessarily want to pay the prices of some of the larger apps yet but needs more data than what Shopify provides, this is definitely the best way to go with arguably a better, hands on experience. I'm so impressed with the features, and the team walks you through all of them to make sure you understand. While I don't have data to report yet on the success of using BTN, I have no doubt that the strategies the team has suggested and helping me implement will work wonders.

BtN is a great analytics tool with lots of functionality that punches way above its weight. It uses a traditional RFM segmentation model that didn't work so well for our unique business but will likely work for most others. Nevertheless, BtN still has so much analytics functionality, that we still found enough value to keep using it. Its particular strength is being able to filter your Shopify dashboard by RFM/custom segments. Piam is attentive and knows what he's talking about, so there's no nonsense, most functions are there for a reason and if not he's quick to help implement any new reports or functions that you might need. Highly recommended, especially for the affordable price.
