Good app. Reduces RTO from customers who needs to modify or editr their orders.
Really useful app for handling post-purchase order changes. Customers can update their orders themselves, which has reduced a lot of back-and-forth with our support team. Setup was simple and the ClickPost team has been very helpful whenever we needed anything.
Great app for Order editing & cancellation. Good addition to shopify stack for a D2C store.

Our experience so far with this app has been very great, It has given us great results and have helped us to improve our RTO rates. Bandwidth of customer team is also leived since customers are now editing their information without having the need to reach to support. Great product overall.
We've been using ClickPost for a while now, and it's made a noticeable difference to our operations. Giving customers the ability to modify their orders after checkout has reduced the number of support tickets our team has to handle. We've also seen an improvement in RTOs, along with savings in both time and operational costs. Overall, it's helped our CRM team spend less time on routine order-related requests and more time addressing higher-priority customer concerns.
Excellent app, does the thing, has many functions and easy to customise. Mohit was really helpful during integration and they are very responsive. 5/5!
