Really useful app for order edits and cancellations. Easy to set up, works smoothly, and saves us a lot of support time.
We’ve been using ClickPost for order edits and cancellations and it’s been really helpful. Customers can make changes themselves instead of reaching out to support, which has saved our team quite a bit of time. Setup was pretty straightforward and the ClickPost team has been quick to help whenever we had any questions.
