Had to delete it. New updates they did kept voiding past three months sales with a rounding error. Had to delete all the sales and have them sync again. Happend three time. Duplicate entries etc. What a nightmare. After I got made this is what the owner said. connexecommerce.com 8:34 AM (5 hours ago) to me Hi Tom, Thanks for the feedback. I don't think this is a good fit for us as a customer and I think it's best if we part ways. I recommend using a 3rd party IMS like Cin7 and A2X for a business of your size. I will cancel the account immediately and refund the last month. -Joe
We have been with Connex since 2018. I am a bookkeeper and have had to navigate the automation of Shopify order entry into Quickbooks by the seat of my pants.
