We use the qikify form app since the beginning of our online store. It always worked fine and we when we needed support, the chat was always helped within minutes.

I recently signed up and had an issue uploading my completed form. It was a quick turnaround for assistance, and I was able to get everything complete in less than 24 hours.

While the app functionally has been good for us. It really hurt our customer service because they have a 500 email limit which is not very well explained. So during our busiest time of the year, unknowingly we hit this limit. **Since this review, they updated some things, and adjusted based on feedback. So I have updated it reflect how I felt before this interruption** From what I understand, there is now more robust controls in place to make sure you are aware if you hit the limit. It should still be known that if the hope is to use Shopify flow to quickly find customer data and help with things or respond back directly to customers, all emails will come from flow@shopify.com and will require a lot of copy-pasting. So if a higher volume type of store using the contact forms to help sort data, this might not be the best fit.
