Website crashes when installing this app, warning!
WARNING! This app crashed both our stores, changed the layout to mobile version when looking at the website on computer. Hidden products, a lot of products didnt show and it moved the whole site to the right so you could only see some parts of the website. WARNING! Shopify should really control what apps they allow on here. This is not built for shopify!

Very GOOD
The SK: Form Builder app has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. Its clean, select-and-use interface makes creating custom forms incredibly easy. I've been able to build everything from simple contact forms to more complex customer input forms without any hassle. The flexibility to collect specific customer information is exactly what I needed, and the app integrates seamlessly with my store. Plus, their support team is very responsive. This is a reliable, top-tier app that has earned my 5-star rating.
I like the integration to Zapier and Klavyio, and find it very useful for automation. I wish there was a user friendly way to design the success message appearance and not only by custom CSS. However, whenever I needed assistance the support team were there quickly by chat and helped me.
Pretty good, I like how you can see the utms, but you should make it easier to view this data, and possible carry the utm dta into shopify as tags or similar. It would be nice to have a reports section that shows this also.. Sometimes the emails would not come through, but now its a paid service hopefully that will all be fixed.
