The UI for building the form can feel tricky at times, but once you get the hang of it, it can probably do (almost) exactly what you need. I had quite specific niche requirements and it works great. The support is also brilliant, Taylor and the team were able to help fix some formatting challenges I had at short notice.
We have been using Powerful Contact Form Builder for several years, and the app has consistently performed well. Support has always been prompt and efficient; Emma recently assisted us and resolved our issue very quickly. Excellent service.
This is a great form app, we have been using it really happily for 2 years. But I have only needed customer support now, when bots have started to use it to register in huge amounts; Emma was fast to amend my settings, but also showed me how in case I needed to do the same on other forms. Brilliant service, thank you.
The app has all the features I need and when I have had trouble with something due to my own knowledge limitations, Taylor from support has been prompt and very helpful to figure it out. I was surprised I was talking to an actual human in the help chat and she was great. The app also has some ai assistance to create forms but I think it’s great the help chat is human because it’s easier to solve problems that way instead of going round in circles with ai

Had some issues with forms not coming in immediately after filling in. After contacting them through the in-app chat, Taylor helped us out and got the issue resolved within the hour. We've been using this app for our customer service quieries and it has been great! Totally recommend.
We've been using this app for years and there was an issue with our site and the form had to be readded to the page it was on. I was having trouble with it and reached out to support. Emma was able to fix this issue for me. She was quick and responsive and I really appreciated the help. Great app and great support!
Quietly broke the integration that sent form submissions to our gmail & no response from their support in 72 hours. I wouldn't recommend to anyone
