I contacted customer service for help with some form settings that didn't seem to be working. They ended up finding that the issue was actually a critical breakdown with our organization's domain that we weren't aware of and that caused us not to get email for a few days. Super thankful for the assist that would have been a disaster had it not gone detected sooner.

Thank you for your help today. Was a very frustrating experience to find out that when a customer completes the form, their address popped into the form x2, without being asked for their address. Everyone has autofill on their computer nowadays, that is just how it is.. and the browser autofill is aggressive. Our form asks for the name and email. No mention of their address.. we dont need their address for the return shipping of a purchased product. We dont need the customer blind sided by their address popping up after a simple information text (single line text) and (paragraph text). I am not going to ask them to disable their autofill for this form. The person who helped me with possible solutions suggested to delete the text lines and add a checkbox element. I did that for both areas of concern. Now, I will check the form online and no address autofill should pop in un-asked for. thank you. Have a great day. Judy
