Vey good and easy to setup
It is user-friendly and convenient, and our communication with the development team has been very smooth.
Using it to register warranties. Integrates well into Shopify and Yogesh is very responsive. We had a billing issue in the middle but this was resolved promptly.
This is terrible. Waaaay too much work. And if you want an answer you get AI, AI or AI. Just different AI chatbots. Frustrating as hell.

They are highly responsive whenever we require assistance or advice, and they even took the initiative to sit down with us to explore and develop new functions tailored to our needs. Before this platform our warranty registration and claim management used to be scattered across emails and spreadsheets. Now with Dyrect everything is in single dashboard.
