very user-friendly
Very intuitive, efficient and completely reliable. Been using Easy Reports for a couple of years now and it is much more robust, easier to use and more flexible than the previous app we used. Highly recommend...our business depends on it and it has stood the test of time.
This app was great until they ran an update and deleted my old reports. After reading my original review (bad) they reached out to me and fixed the problem they created. The acknowledge that there was a fault in their update and helped remake the lost report. Hurt for a couple days, but back on track. Used for a decade flawlessly. Hopefully no more updates, but they helped resolve the issue! Not often the case. I would recommend.
The support team was very helpful in quickly addressing our sync issue
