Support is unfortunately non-existent at this point. Multiple members on our team have reached out but there is no response. When this worked, it did everything we needed. Unfortunately now it is no longer functional.

There is no reply to support tickets and the chat inside the app is not working. Apparently the app can not be translated in my language.. and it is full of bugs. Ohh.. and the Native Upsells functional is not working yet.. I guess is just listed in the description to upsell the app..

This app saves hours of customer service work every week that we used to spend managing order edits and cancellations. For anxious customers these often felt like crisis-level events, but now they can manage these changes on their own. What was unexpected is how frequently the "download invoice" function is used. We hadn't realized our customers desired this option so much.

What a great and simple app. Cuts down the time for my admin staff. No more address changes or asking for invoices. Support has been great. I have used a few other apps but by far this is the best. And new features are coming all the time. Looking forward to the updates. Five stars from me, highly recommend.
