Webgility integration with Quick Books went smoothly, trained with Faizan who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend webgility to others for integration needs
We have been using Webgility for 6 years. They have fantastic customer service and are willing to help with anything!
We’ve really enjoyed working with Faizan on our Webgility implementation. Our setup wasn’t simple—we have four entities and needed several customizations to make everything work the way our business operates. Faizan took the time to understand what we needed and made sure each customization was completed correctly. Any issues that came up along the way were addressed and resolved, and we were kept updated with timelines and progress throughout the entire project. The communication was great, and we always knew what to expect. It’s clear that Faizan genuinely cares about getting things right and making sure the customer is successful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Faizan to anyone looking for help with Webgility, especially if they have a more complex setup or need custom solutions. Webgility is a pleasure to use. Highly recommend.
Arun is the man. One heck of an implementation manager that was able to answer every. single. question. that I had. He single handedly made implementing Webgility into our decades old QB easy peazy. Highly recommend.
It was a smooth connection with Shopify and Quickbooks and I hope it will be a smooth reconciliation process too.
Overall, Webgility is doing what it's meant to do for us. We have it currently integrating the transactions for our Amazon accounts and are now working on also syncing our Shopify stores, so that all transactions process into Quickbooks automatically. The setup to get everything working the way we'd like did take some time, but Faizan and Webgility's support team have definitely been good in working through the challenges with us.
The Webgility support agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up our account for Shopify Payments and showing me how to download payouts. I would just have liked more explanation of why certain settings were being chosen and what the effect of each setting is to gain a better understanding of functionality.
