Overall, Webgility is doing what it's meant to do for us. We have it currently integrating the transactions for our Amazon accounts and are now working on also syncing our Shopify stores, so that all transactions process into Quickbooks automatically. The setup to get everything working the way we'd like did take some time, but Faizan and Webgility's support team have definitely been good in working through the challenges with us.

The Webgility support agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up our account for Shopify Payments and showing me how to download payouts. I would just have liked more explanation of why certain settings were being chosen and what the effect of each setting is to gain a better understanding of functionality.

We worked with Arun for our onboarding and he was very patient and thoughtful from start to finish. He has been very responsive to questions and concerns while we operated in manual mode for several weeks. By not turning on Automation in the beginning we had an opportunity to learn and observe how Webgility functions and interacts with QuickBooks. Arun's recommendation to operate manually for a period of time was definitely the right call.
