This app has made order management much easier for us.Customers can edit their orders themselves after checkout,especially for address or product changes.it has definitely reduced support requests and helped us avoid order issues.Highly recommended

Excellent app and outstanding support! This is a live example with my active customer - The customer selected the wrong shipping option and contacted us immediately after placing the order. With this app, we were able to update the shipping option without canceling the order. This feature alone has saved us a lot of time and unnecessary back-and-forth. The app is very easy to set up and customise to suit your needs. There are plenty of options available, allowing you to choose what customers can and can’t edit, as well as how things like small additional charges and refunds are handled. We haven’t had any customers use it yet, so we can’t comment on how much time it will save in practice. However, if customers do start making use of it, it should save us a good amount of time, particularly when it comes to managing address changes.
