Veľmi šikovná a jednoduchá appka pre automatické vytváranie faktúr. Zákaznícky servis (Bence a Éva) je veľmi pohotový a nápomocný. V podstate reagujú okamžite. A very usefull & simple app for automatic invoice management. The customer service, especially Bence & Eva, are very helpfull & professional. They reacted immediately.
Super aplikace, jediné co bych změnil je předplatné u shopify a iDokladu zároveň. Úžasná podpora.
Integration of idoklad is very good and easy. I had a problem with the connection, but customer support always solved the problem within a few hours. I can recommend this service.
The app is working i just have problem with POS export of invoices. The Feature is not working and unfornatelly support cant help me ...
iDoklad is exactly what we needed! We're still working on a few customizations, but overall, the app is great. Customer support is prompt, responsive, and helpful in finding solutions. We highly recommend it.
The connection was quick and effortless. A major plus is the proactive support. I have no choice but to highly recommend this app!
I am satisfied with how IDoklad works. When there is a problem, they always fix it as quickly as possible. Also, the communication is great.
Worked only for a while, the connection was interrupted for no reason, had to set it back up. Recently, the connection got interrupted again. It wasn't touched at all. It didn't generate the invoice lastly, even though both iDoklad and iDoklad integration are monthly and regularly paid. The integration module says it's all connected and sorted, but the API in iDoklad itself says 0 connected services. On top of that, it doesn't offer me any more API Client ID and Server data, so I can't even connect them anymore. Such a trash service.
