The customisation options you can do yourself are slightly limited, yet can be resolved through contacting customer support. Olivia was very helpful in customising the app, she understood my requirements right away and resolved them well!
Great app for managing subscriptions on Shopify! The setup is simple, the interface is clean, and it works smoothly with my store. Support has been responsive and very helpful—especially Iris, who provided quick assistance. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add subscriptions easily.
I’ve been using this app for subscriptions and it’s been incredibly user-friendly—I was able to set everything up on my own with no hassle. I did reach out to support with a question about bundles, and Olivia was amazing. She explained everything clearly, provided written guidance, and even included screenshots to walk me through it. Excellent subscription app! Seriously. Not only is it easy to use, but the widget design, customizable plan options, and low cost make this one of the best subscription apps I've tried. Not to mention, the customer service/support team are phenomenal!!!! Very quick response time, very helpful with all issues or questions that may pop up, and extremely polite. I've spoken with Avery who has been great with helping me troubleshoot my issues, or add new features that weren't initially an option within the app. 10/10 recommend Joy subscriptions.
