An absolute timesaver! We have been manually entering B2B orders into shopify for 6 years and I am convinced that I would be 3 years ahead if I found this app sooner. It's literally reading my pdf and uploading a 100+ item order in under 4 minutes. This just made us 10x more efficient. Besides the app working amazingly with very few hiccups, Maxime and his team are almost immediately available to fix or address any of our concerns. 10/10 on customer service, 10/10 on functionality, and 10/10 on overall satisfaction.
This app saves me a tremendous amount of time. We receive many large stocking POs via email and using LevelOps has cut the time it takes me to input these orders in half. Highly recommend!
The LevelOps team has saved me time and allows me to continue to move quickly! As a start up brand, this is a game changer. The team created a custom override for me based on how we take orders and was also very responsive when I needed an additional edit. 10/10, highly recommend!
Awesome app and awesome team! LevelOps was exactly what we needed to save manual processing time entering emailed Purchase Orders into our B2B store
The LevelOps PDF to Order tool is effectively helping us become a more efficient business. By automating drudgerous tasks in our process, LevelOps is allowing our team to focus on parts of our business that require a more nuanced human touch. Max and his team were a pleasure to work with. They ran a very professional onboarding process for our business, clearly understanding what success meant to us and effectively communicating all along the way. From weekly touch-base calls to regular updates via Jira, LevelOps runs a process that is transparent and effective. Most importantly, LevelOps worked hard over a four week period to improve the tool for our use-case, as it was was NOT ideal for us out of the box. Their willingness and ability to improve was impressive and they truly won our business during this testing period.
This app saves a ton of time versus manually keying in large B2B orders. Maxime has helped me resolve an issue so that the correct company location is assigned to the order in the initial email. As nice as it would be to have all B2B customers place their own orders, the reality is that many businesses will only place orders with you the way they want to. As such, manually processing B2B orders is something you simply have to deal with if you want to keep specific customers. LevelOps provides a great time-saving solution for reading orders in various formats and converting them to draft orders for final review. Not only does it save a good amount of time, it saves a good deal of effort as well, which is much appreciated! I wholeheartedly recommend trialing this app.
We have a B2B store and so receive almost all of our orders via PO emails. The amount of time it takes to enter these has been cut in half by using the team at LevelOps. Maxime and his team have been dedicated to helping us work out kinks in our order process and thus we have been able to streamline how we turn around orders.
As a safety sign manufacturer we have around 1 millions SKUs and receive orders via direct ecommerce and many from pdf purchase orders emailed by customers. Although this number of SKUs was initially a challenge for Maxime and the LevelOps team - their support and dedication to help us resolve any issues has been outstanding. Highly recommend both the developers and the app to any B2B sellers looking to save time and eliminate manual processing of purchase orders. Soon they'll be the 'Dext' level of automation in this sphere!
