Leider muss ich eine 1-Sterne Bewertung abgeben. Bisher war ich eigentlich zufrieden. Aber Stand heute (30.08.2026) geht seit 14 Tagen nichts mehr. Änderungen an Artikeln, Bilderupload -> alles funktioniert nur noch zu 5%. Das kostet nicht nur Nerven sondern auch Geld, da neue Artikel nicht überspielt werden und Änderungen nicht übertragen. Der Support sagt "Wir warten ebenfalls auf ein Update von unserem Entwicklerteam und fragen fast stündlich nach" Ich werde mich nun nach einer Alternative umschauen, da ich nicht weiter auf Umsätze auf eBay verzichten will und kann.

The order was not imported, so the customer service staff fixed it manually.

This is my opinion only. My opinion is formed after evaluating it for 2 weeks along with competing products. Regarding my experience with it over the past few days. I totally agree. This is an absolutely senseless app , and with regard to being intuitive (like the many , many other similiar apps I use daily) This mess gets a zero regarding being intuitive, and the process flow ..... I wouldn;'t even call it that, because no process flow exists. Stay away.

I do not recommend this add on, when it works its great but when it doesn't work you end up with overselling items and listings not syncing. I have been a user for a long time but for the past month there have been breaking issues and when you reach out to support they say "there is a large backlog sorry"

App has a bit of a learning curve to it, some unique logic going on, but it has been quite robust, and their dedicated support team is fast, kind, and efficient!

For a core Shopify app this is not well supported. Be warned it will only match the first 100 product variants in a family, the rest won't sync. Support doesn't seem willing to upgrade their systems to support the now 2,000 variants you can have. The fact that Shopify promotes that you can sell on Marketplaces but doesn't give you a fully function app feels like misleading advertising to me.
